Buy an INSULATED door or NOT?

If your garage is finished and heated / cooled OR there's a liveable space above - YES. In all other cases, insulation would not add value to your situation - however - it's still important to make sure that the door is installed properly and "tight" so that (in our climate zone) - you don't get freezing condensation on the tracks or the bottom seal - that can cause you a problem mid-winter.
